The Hilton Prague has decided to undergo a costly reconstruction on the site of the original Czech House restaurant from 1991. Now the hotel’s pride and joy, the stylish CzechHouse Grill & Rotisserie, offers modern European cuisine and Czech specialties. It was a complete building and interior renovation, including the supply of technology, HVAC and interior design.
